Professional Liability Insurance Coverage: Healthcare Resources maintains a professional liability insurance to cover all non-personal services contractors employed by us.
Short Term Disability
Employees can receive a percentage of their pay should they become unable to work due to accident or illness.
401k Savings Plans
401(k) Savings Plan: Employees age 18 or older may participate in the 401(k) plan the first day of their second pay period or on any pay period thereafter. Employees may also roll over funds from other qualified retirement plans upon their date of hire. Employees who join the 401(k) plan may make a pretax contribution ranging from one to 25 percent of their eligible compensation. Healthcare Resource Network offers a matching program of 25% match up to 6% of salary.
